About Us

Although The Audio Trader, LLC was launched in 2026, the founder has been buying and selling audio equipment since he was a teenager in 197o’s. And he has been doing so online (eBay, Audiogon and USAudioMart) since 2000.

After retiring from a 40-year management career at a Fortune 100 corporation, and then spending few years running a small consulting firm, he decided to devote (much) more of his time to his favorite passtime… high-end and vintage audio.
